The Women's Ministry is built around the simple idea that women grow best when they're known — by Scripture, by mentors, and by friends in the same season of life.
The weekly Bible study is the front door; many churches add a monthly social, a one-day workshop or two each year, and an annual weekend retreat. Childcare during the weekday meeting is often the difference between a women's ministry that thrives and one that doesn't — plan for it from day one.
